
Sunday Feb 10 @ 05:48pmMy second before and after picture! The picture on the left was Summer 2011 at around 148-154lbs, and the picture on the right was January 30th 2013 at 123lbs.
These shorts used to fit me perfectly, even being a little tight at one point but now they’re way too big! They fall down, the back sags a lot and it’s just horrible, I used to wear them all the time but now I can’t!
I’ve been doing this plan all week and although I’m definitely sore I love it! It definitely makes me work hard and is great after an intense cardio session! I included the blank calendar so you can follow along, seriously give this a shot, it’s only 10 minutes a day and if you follow it with the suggested cardio will give you fantastic results!
